BIM Coordinator Diploma stage:
The goal: to move from mere “modeling” to “coordination” between different disciplines, clash detection, and common data environment (CDE) management.
Duration: 3 months (65 training hours).
The most important topics: Mastering advanced coordination programs such as Navisworks and Solibri, and preparing coordination reports.

3. The BIM Manager Diploma stage:
Objective: The final leadership stage, focusing on managing the entire BIM process, developing strategies, and preparing a BIM implementation plan (BEP) in accordance with international standards (ISO 19650).
Duration: two months (48 training hours).
The most important topics: ISO 19650 standards, using Power BI to analyze data, and supervising work teams and projects.
